This is a series of 5 video sequences that explore innovative ways to use a folding chair in the practice of postural yoga. A folding chair has long been used in the practice of Iyengar Yoga. These videos explore some less traditional uses of the chair. The intention being to allow students and teachers have safe access to many poses they would not normally be able to do without an external means of support.
